This Privacy Policy applies to all mobile software applications developed and published by SynikIT Technologies LLC ("SynikIT", "we", "our", or "us") on the Apple App Store, Google Play Store, and related technology consulting services provided to our clients.

We may interact with standard platform providers to operate our software:

• Apple Inc. & Google LLC: For app distribution, in-app purchases, and OS-level authentication.

We do not permit third-party advertising networks to track users across unrelated apps or websites.

5. Data Retention & Deletion Policy

We retain personal information only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy. You have the right to request immediate deletion of your data at any time:

• In-App Deletion: Any app requiring a user account includes a direct "Delete Account" button in its settings menu.
• Manual Requests: Submit a verifiable deletion request in writing to SynikIT Technologies LLC. We fulfill verifiable deletion requests within 7 business days.

6. Children’s Privacy

Our applications and services are not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that a child under 13 has provided personal data, we will immediately take steps to remove such information.

7. Consulting Client Confidentiality

For local business IT consulting clients, SynikIT Technologies treats all client systems, credentials, internal records, and proprietary operational procedures under strict confidentiality. We do not disclose client data to unauthorized parties under any circumstances.
