1. Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using applications published by SynikIT Technologies LLC ("SynikIT", "we", "us"), or engaging our IT consulting services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and End User License Agreement ("EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not install or use our software or services.
2. Mobile Application End User License (EULA)
SynikIT grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use our mobile applications strictly on personal or business devices owned or controlled by you, in accordance with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and Google Play Terms of Service.
- You may not decompile, reverse-engineer, modify, or create derivative works of our software.
- You may not sublicense, rent, lease, or distribute our applications without express written permission.
- All title, ownership rights, and intellectual property rights in and to our applications remain the exclusive property of SynikIT Technologies LLC.
3. Technology Consulting & Advisory Engagements
When engaging SynikIT Technologies for local IT consulting, system integration, or custom software projects:
- Scope of Work: Consulting deliverables and schedules are governed by mutual written agreements or work statements.
- Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for providing reasonable access to necessary hardware, credentials, and software licenses.
- Work Product: Custom work product created specifically for a client becomes the property of the client upon complete receipt of agreed payments, while proprietary SynikIT internal libraries and toolsets remain with SynikIT.
4. Disclaimer of Warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our mobile software is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis, without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
5. Limitation of Liability
Under no circumstances shall SynikIT Technologies LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our applications, lost business data, or interruption of business operations.
